Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele sales and related experience with BPO, Insurance presales, Holiday package presales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills over the phone.

• Shall be conversant with basic MS office tools like word and excel in preparing

reports.

• Familiar in handling simple call management software and dashboard preferred but not compulsory.

• Should work on daily call volume targets and prepare lead and call reports daily.
