Job Description

responsibilities:

• sales ii customer acquisition

• identify prospects in the assigned area and generate new leads via cold calling, emails, chat and door-to-door visits

• arrange in-person meetings with potential customers to persuade them to buy the company’s product or service and meet their requirements

• follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals

• identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

• build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

• frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

• meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
