📍 Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

👔 Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO Sales / Telecalling / Outbound Calling. Freshers are also welcome to apply!

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to potential customers.

🔹 Explain equity-based advisory products and understand customer requirements.

🔹 Counsel customers regarding investment-related plans.

🔹 Follow up with interested leads and convert prospects into clients.

🔹 Manage customer interactions throughout the sales conversion process.

🔹 Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business goals.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS

✔️ Good communication and convincing skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

✔️ Strong sales orientation and a target-focused approach.

✔️ Good customer-handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Basic mathematical and numerical calculation skills.

🌐 Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali will be an added advantage.

🎯 TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

📌 10 days of training and certification will be provided.

📌 Final onboarding is subject to successful completion of the training and certification process.
