Job Responsibilities:

€¢ Call potential customers to explain and promote our used car loan services.

€¢ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.

€¢ Follow up on inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or CRM tools.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

€¢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of loans.

€¢ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

€¢ 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in loans, insurance, or financial services.

€¢ Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and basic English.

€¢ Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel).

€¢ Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Education:

€¢ 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
