Responsibilities of Telesales Executive/ CRE (Client Relationship Executive)
Calling clients and explaining the project of the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
Obtaining customer basic information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirement.
Maintaining the database of the Clients on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Tackling the objections of the client & generating appointment for face to face discussion.
