Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles (telecom exposure preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner

Fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Arabic or other UAE languages will be an added advantage

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
