responsibilities

outbound calls: make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.

product promotion: explain and promote the companys products/services to potential customers.

customer interaction: engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.

sales conversion: persuade customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.

follow-up: follow up on initial contacts, maintain and update customer information in the database.

problem-solving: address customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

documentation: maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities, prepare regular reports on progress.

target achievement: meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

feedback: provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to scripts or processes.
