key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to us-based prospects and existing customers.

present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone.

maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in crm systems.

follow up on warm leads and convert them into successful deals.

meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
