The role involves reaching out to international clients via phone and email, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence, and a strong sales mindset.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and existing customers.Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone.Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.Follow up on warm leads and convert them into successful deals.Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth operations.
