Experience:

Roles and Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to promote.

€¢ Provide detailed information about the products and negotiate deals.

€¢ Effectively handle customer objections and close sales while meeting sales targets.

€¢ Build strong rapport and trust with customers by maintaining a friendly and professional conversation.

€¢ Exhibit empathy and a human touch ensuring a personalized experience.

€¢ Manage situations effectively.

€¢ Ensure customer attention by understanding their preferences and providing customized solutions.

€¢ Develop a broad thinking approach in selecting the best possible options for customers.

Preferred Skills:

€¢ Cold calling experience is essential.

€¢ Strong communication skills (Tamil or Malayalam).

€¢ Ability to create emotional connections with customers through empathetic conversations.

€¢ Experience in handling objections and demonstrating effective situation handling.

€¢ Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with customers.

€¢ Comfortable with smartphones and CRM software for interactions and manage customer data.
