*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
* Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on sales opportunities
* Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
* Stay up-to-date on products or services, industry trends, and competitor activity
* Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to achieve business objectives
*Requirements:*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
* Previous experience in telesales or sales is an advantage
