Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers regarding used car loan products, explain the benefits, qualify leads, and generate interest or convert them into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

👉Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding used car loans.

👉Explain loan products, features, eligibility criteria, and documentation process.

👉Collect and verify customer details and assess interest in loan services.

👉Answer customer queries related to used car loans.

👉Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

Qualifications:

👉Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream

👉Experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales preferred (but not mandatory)
