Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.

· Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and address any concerns.

· Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.

· Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.

· Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

· Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

· Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.

· Handle and resolve customer queries, redirecting complex issues to the appropriate department.

· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
