Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.

Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and address any concerns.

Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.

Handle and resolve customer queries, redirecting complex issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
