Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote hydraulic products.
Explain product specifications, applications, and benefits clearly.
Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations and product information.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic or industrial products is an added advantage.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM).
Gender Preference:
BOTH AND Female candidates preferred (first preference).
Experience:
02 years of experience in telemarketing or sales (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
