responsibilities of candidates include:

• inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.

• manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

• identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

• ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.

roles & responsibilities:

 handling telesales inbound & outbound calls, calling prospective clients, and explaining the products.

 making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for site visits.

 handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.

 should give the clients detailed information about the projects over the telephone.

 experience in tele marketing to call the customer to explain the project features

 follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales

 the person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.

 calling new & existing clients (lead generation)

 explain different advertising packages to clients

 maintain client database

 maintain good client relation

 consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

 ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.

 identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

requirements

• should be self-motivated & target oriented

• good communication skills

• willing to work on sundays (fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)
