Generating Leads, Generating Contacts
Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins & enrolling
Handling walk-in enquiries & converting them into admissions
Counseling prospective customers about the program and skill set responsible for handling outbound and Incoming calls to ensure fresh walk-ins to our International Program.
Recording and maintaining all enquiries & new leads detail
Meeting business targets with effective counseling and selling skills
Maintaining reports (daily, weekly, monthly, fee collection, projection, student records etc.)
Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system LMS/CRM
Key Skills
Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken & written English
Good knowledge of MS Office & about Overseas Placements
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Professional attitude and appearance
Min. Graduate with 1 to 3 years of work experience in outbound call
Preferably Female – Below 25 years
