we're actively looking for hindi/kannada telecallers for a leading manufacturing company in chennai!

position: telecalling executive (voice process)

work location: raja annamalaipuram (ra puram), chennai

languages required (any one language must):

1. hindi, tamil & english

2. kannada, tamil & english

work timings: - 6pm (monday - friday | saturday (half day))

salary: inr - inr /month + monthly incentives

benefits: esi, pf, quarterly/half-yearly/annual bonus.

qualification: any graduate

experience: year - 3+ years in telecalling sales process must (product/service sales)

skills required:

- hindi/kannada communication skills

- proven experience in telecalling

- target oriented & good team player

major roles & responsibilities:

- generate new business leads through calling and follow up on a regular base to initiate sales.

- regular follow-ups with customers via phone and email for recurring orders.

- consistently achieving daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

- maintain and submit detailed reports of call logs.

- maintain a good relationship with both b2b companies and customers.
