Direct Walk-In Interview For Telecalling Executive

Roles and responsibilities -

- Conducting telephonic briefing of the shortlisted candidates (majorly blue-collar workforce) in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the SOP

- Explain objectives & next step procedures to shortlisted candidates (majorly blue-collar workforce).

- Compile, record & code results and data from briefing using specified documents given

- Conducting feedback, engagement & support calls with the shortlisted candidates

Please note that it is a 12 month contract.
