job summary
we are seeking a motivated telecalling executive to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
key responsibilities
make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
explain products or services and handle customer queries effectively.
maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
follow up on leads and close sales where possible.
achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
required skills & qualifications
minimum education: high school diploma / bachelor’s degree (preferred).
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
fluency in hindi.
prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
salary & benefits
salary: ₹8000 – ₹ per month (based on experience)
