we are basically a telemarketing company dealing with many products and having distribution in every district. our main office is at vanross junction, trivandrum.

designation - telecaller/customer care executives

no. of vacancies - 15 candidates

package -8000+ inc.(for 1st month) -10,000 + inc.(2nd month onwards)

gender -females only

age limit- 18 to 32 years

location - vanross junction (bakery junction), ottukuzy road,opp. variety marbles.

roles & responsibilities

- listen to customers concerns, issues and questions

- resolve to customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability

- maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers- complaints

- open new customer accounts

- attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

- recommend possible products to meet the customers- needs

- refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

- prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

preferred skills

- good verbal skills in malayalam

- quick learners who can understand our business requirements

- qualification - 10th pass /plus 2

note: immediate joiners & freshers are preferred on priority basis
