We are basically a Telemarketing company dealing with many products and having distribution in every district. Our main office is at Vanross junction, Trivandrum.

Designation - Telecaller/Customer care Executives

No. of Vacancies - 15 Candidates

Package -8000+ inc.(for 1st month) -10,000 + inc.(2nd month onwards)

Gender -Females only

Age limit- 18 to 32 years

Location - Vanross junction (Bakery junction), Ottukuzy Road,Opp. Variety marbles.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions

- Resolve to customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability

- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers- complaints

- Open new customer accounts

- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

- Recommend possible products to meet the customers- needs

- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

Preferred Skills

- Good verbal skills in malayalam

- Quick learners who can understand our business requirements

- Qualification - 10th pass /Plus 2
