we are basically a telemarketing company dealing with many products and having distribution in every district. our main office is at vanross junction, trivandrum.

designation – telecaller/customer care executives

no. of vacancies – 15 candidates

package –8000+ inc.(for 1st month) -10,000 + inc.(2nd month onwards)

gender –females only

age limit- 18 to 32 years

location – vanross junction (bakery junction), ottukuzy road,opp. variety marbles.

roles & responsibilities

• listen to customers concerns, issues and questions

• resolve to customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability

• maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints

• open new customer accounts

• attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

• recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs

• refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

• prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

preferred skills

• good verbal skills in malayalam

• quick learners who can understand our business requirements

• qualification – 10th pass /plus 2

note: immediate joiners & freshers are preferred on priority basis
