Subject- Requirement of Telecalling Executive.

Dear, Sir / Ma’am,

We Have An Urgent Opening For Tell caller ( Female / Male Both) Fresher’s are most welcome, Graduate and undergraduate, 12th pass students can also apply. Need Candidates for Tell calling of solar panel, day shift. Day shift 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Excellent English Communication Skills and Excellent Hindi.

• Resolve customer queries within the assigned.

• Handling customer queries and providing information as

per defined standards.

• Educating customers about the product / Service.

• Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and

process and contribute to the improvement.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary: As Per Company Policy.

Interview Timing: - Between 11 AM to 2 PM
