Innoblitz Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers

2. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

3. Handle customer queries politely and professionally

4. Maintain call records and update customer details in MS Excel

5. Send emails to clients regarding product/service details

6. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skills

2. Ability to make outgoing calls confidently

3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office

4. Must know how to draft and send professional emails

5. Quick learner and adaptable
