We are looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming & outgoing leads, explain our services, and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Call leads provided by the company
Explain appointment-related services clearly
Convert interested callers into confirmed clients
Follow up with existing leads
Maintain basic call records and client details
Coordinate with the internal team when required
🔹 Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi
Polite, confident, and convincing calling style
Ability to understand client requirements
Basic knowledge of computer operations (calling software, WhatsApp, simple data entry)
🔹 Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer support / appointment booking required
Good communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi
Basic computer knowledge
