2. Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele-caller to boost our company sales by communicating with possible customers/clients using the available database, references and cold calling. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and brief about our company services. To be able to provide the best tele-calling experience, you must know how to convince the client to covert the prospect into lead and appointment. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate first hand follow-ups by our staff.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Tele-calling prospects using data base.

2. Fixing the appointments

3. Making Tele-calling summary sheets with clients remark every day

4. Making Appointment sheets and connecting to sales department.

4. Requirements

1. 6 months to 1 year experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.

2. BA/BBA/Bcom will be added advantage.

3. Good knowledge of English language Writing & Speaking

4. Good Knowledge of Kannada language Speaking

5. Email writing skills.

6. Good knowledge of computer basics M S office Word, Excel and PPT Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
