Code2R Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Tele sales Executives for software sales, specifically Algo Trading Software sales to customers.

Work Description:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain Code2Rs algo trading software and fintech solutions

Sell subscription-based trading software to retail clients

Understand customer needs related to stock market trading and guide them accordingly

Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp

Convert leads into paid customers and achieve sales targets

Coordinate with the support team for onboarding and post-sale assistance

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or software sales is an advantage

Interest or basic knowledge of stock market/trading preferred (training will be provided)

Confident, target-oriented, and professional approach
