We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller Staff to join our team in Yamunanagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to prospects and customers, ensuring exceptional communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Initiate conversations with potential customers via phone to introduce our services and generate leads.

- Customer Follow-up: Contact existing customers to follow up on services, address queries, and provide necessary information to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in the database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and suggestions, which can help improve our services.

- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities and outcomes to assist management in making informed decisions.
