Tele callers required with good communication in English.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle Incoming calls, Leads or enquires.

• Calling & addressing enquires.

• Maintain track of Calls, Leads and enquires as per the assigned process .

• Connecting the calls to the required department and concern person to further address the query.

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.

• The above role is preferred only for Work From Office
