job description

major responsibilities/activities:

data searching and enquiry generation

cold calling to clients for enquiry generation and understanding their needs.

mailing the company profile and the introduction email to client to create enquiries.

fixing appointment with clients and informing to the senior team once the appointment has been fixed

working closely with customers to identify their water &; wastewater treatment, environmental and business needs.

develop new opportunities through lead generation, relationship building, networking and cold calling.

follow-up consistently and deliver accurate client/project status reports on demand to management team.

coordinating with client for payment on successfully delivered or completed the job.

explaining customers over telephone of the products and services offered by the company and understanding their sepcifications of

requirements:

taking and processing of product orders in a professional manner.

maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
