Job Proposal: Team Leader and Telecaller Executive

We are currently in search of two exceptional individuals to join our esteemed team as a Team Leader and Telecaller Executive. The Telecaller Executive will assume a vital role in engaging with our valued customers and effectively conveying the numerous benefits associated with our esteemed financial product, which includes credit cards. An outstanding aspect of this product is its completely free nature, ensuring that customers are not required to make any payments. This unparalleled advantage substantially increases the likelihood of securing successful sales. Upon achieving the commendable milestone of 26 sales within a given month, the Telecaller Executive will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately 20,000 rupees per month. The specific salary package will be finalized upon a successful interview process, ensuring it aligns with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

In addition, we are eagerly seeking a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead our accomplished team. The ideal candidate for this esteemed position will possess exemplary communication skills, a captivating personality, and an unwavering sense of confidence. The responsibilities of the Team Leader extend beyond leading and inspiring the team, as they will also engage in occasional visits to government offices, oversee candidate recruitment processes, and ensure the team operates at optimal efficiency. A highly competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 rupees per month will be offered to the successful candidate, reflecting their accomplishments and the significant responsibilities they will undertake as a Team Leader.
