Telecaller

Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated

from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.

Job Location: K R Puram / Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday fixed off)

Job Responsibility:

● Effectively communicating with clients on calls

● Understanding client requirement and suggesting the relevant property

● Convincing clients for property visits

● Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

● Managing social media campaigns and sharing SMS and email regarding the properties

Skills Required:

● Effective Communication skills (English preferred and any other language)

● Convincing skills

● Basic computer knowledge
