Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated

from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.

Job Location: K R Puram / Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday fixed off)

Job Responsibility:

Effectively communicating with clients on calls

Understanding client requirement and suggesting the relevant property

Convincing clients for property visits

Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

Managing social media campaigns and sharing SMS and email regarding the properties

Skills Required:

Effective Communication skills (English preferred and any other language)

Convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Experience : 0 - 4 Years

Education : Diploma, Any Bachelor Degree
