job purpose: to make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated

from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.

job location: k r puram / krishnarajapuram, bangalore

working days: wednesday to monday (tuesday fixed off)

job responsibility:

● effectively communicating with clients on calls

● understanding client requirement and suggesting the relevant property

● convincing clients for property visits

● responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

● managing social media campaigns and sharing sms and email regarding the properties

skills required:

● effective communication skills (english preferred and any other language)

● basic computer knowledge
