responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared sales script.
introduce products/services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
identify customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and address their concerns.
persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
follow up with customers via phone or email to close sales or provide additional information.
meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
requirements:-
proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
positive attitude and willingness to learn.
