Valeo is hiring motivated individuals for a Work From Home Telecalling/Customer Support role. You will communicate with US-based automobile businesses, including garages and dealerships, and assist with inquiries related to vehicle inventory, stock requirements, availability, and reports.

💼 Responsibilities

- Make and receive business-related calls with US clients.

- Communicate professionally with garage owners and dealerships.

- Collect and update information regarding vehicle stock and requirements.

- Maintain accurate call and customer records.

- Follow company communication and calling procedures.

- Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

✅ Requirements

- Good communication skills in English.

- Basic computer knowledge.
