tele caller executives: make outbound calls to students and parents, provide course details, address inquiries, and follow up to convert leads into applications.

senior executives: lead and mentor junior team members, support training, and help achieve team goals.

required skills:

fluency in english, hindi, and punjabi.

strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

for senior executives: leadership experience is a plus.
