As a Telecaller, you will engage with customers and assist in providing information related to our services. This role primarily involves making outbound calls and handling inquiries in a non-voice process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about services and assist them with their inquiries. This requires effective communication to ensure clarity and understanding.

- Work collaboratively within a team setting, potentially in positions like Team Leader or Assistant Manager, guiding and supporting team members to achieve targets.

- Participate in various telecalling operations, ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to protocols.
