Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Scifor Technologies is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team remotely. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.

Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales leads.

Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products to potential clients.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive and long-lasting customer relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a telesales or telecalling role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Additional Information:

This is a remote, full-time position.

The stipend offered ranges between INR 15,000 - 20,000 based on qualifications and experience.
