**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Making Outbound Calls**: You will initiate calls to potential customers, introducing our services and understanding their needs.
- **Updating Customer Information**: Accurately record and manage customer data in our database to ensure that all information is current and accessible.
- **Handling Queries**: Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear and helpful answers to their questions about our offerings.
- **Promoting Products/Services**: Actively promote our products or services during calls, emphasizing their benefits and encouraging customers to take action.
- **Meeting Targets**: Work towards achieving set call quotas and other performance metrics to contribute to team success.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare daily or weekly reports on call activities and outcomes to share with management.
