position summary:

we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a telecaller for travel & tourism. the primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote our travel and tourism services, and secure bookings. the telecaller will play a crucial role in driving sales and creating positive customer experiences.

responsibilities:

- make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our travel and tourism services.

- understand customer requirements and preferences, and recommend suitable travel packages or itineraries.

- build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.

- respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns related to travel arrangements and bookings.

- provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel regulations.

- close sales and secure bookings by collecting necessary customer information, processing payments, and confirming reservations.

- meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

- maintain a thorough understanding of the travel industry, including emerging trends, popular destinations, and competitive offerings.

- collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.

- maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and bookings.

requirements:

- high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality will be an advantage.

- proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
