position: telecaller cum counselor (2 vacancies)

location: raipur, chhattisgarh

job responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound queries

explain services, packages, and training programs to customers

counsel walk-in or call-in clients for appointments or enrollments

follow up with leads and maintain crm entries

coordinate with the local team and reporting manager

required qualifications:

graduate in any discipline (minimum)

good communication & interpersonal skills

basic computer knowledge (ms excel, email, crm)

language requirements:

position 1: fluent in english & hindi

position 2: proficient in hindi, basic english is acceptable

experience:

02 years (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

salary:

12k to 15k (depending upon interview)
