Position: Telecaller cum Counselor (2 Vacancies)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound queries

Explain services, packages, and training programs to customers

Counsel walk-in or call-in clients for appointments or enrollments

Follow up with leads and maintain CRM entries

Coordinate with the local team and reporting manager

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (minimum)

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

Language Requirements:

Position 1: Fluent in English & Hindi

Position 2: Proficient in Hindi, basic English is acceptable

Experience:

02 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

Salary:

12k to 15k (depending upon interview)
