Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound queriesExplain services, packages, and training programs to customersCounsel walk-in or call-in clients for appointments or enrollmentsFollow up with leads and maintain CRM entriesCoordinate with the local team and reporting manager Required Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (minimum)Good communication & interpersonal skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM) Language Requirements:Position 1: Fluent in English & HindiPosition 2: Proficient in Hindi, basic English is acceptable Experience:02 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Salary:12k to 15k (depending upon interview) Work Type:Full-Time On-Site at Raipur Office
