outbound calls:

contact potential customers or clients to promote products or services.

conduct surveys or gather feedback from customers.

set appointments for sales representatives or other team members.

inbound calls:

respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.

handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

provide accurate product/service information, upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.

sales & marketing:

promote and sell the companys products/services over the phone.

meet or exceed sales targets or kpis (key performance indicators).

maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.

customer service:

assist customers with billing issues, refunds, and general inquiries.

follow up on customer requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

database management:

update customer information in the crm (customer relationship management) system.

keep track of all calls and customer interactions.
