As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products or services. You will need to effectively communicate our offerings, answer any questions, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls each day, following call scripts and guidelines provided by the company, updating customer information in the database, and achieving daily or weekly targets for call volume and conversion rates.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle objections professionally. You must be able to work well under pressure, be a good listener, and have a positive attitude. Additionally, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
