Telecaller (Freshers) Kolkata

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Lake Gardens, Kolkata. This role is suitable for motivated individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will primarily focus on making calls to potential clients and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential clients to share information about our products and services and address any questions they may have.

2. Customer Interaction: Build rapport with clients through effective communication and actively listen to their needs to provide suitable solutions.

3. Data Entry: Record call details, client information, and feedback accurately in our database to help improve processes and services.

4. Following Up: Reach out to clients who have shown interest to ensure they have everything they need and encourage them to make a decision.

5. Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve individual and team goals by making a set number of calls each day and generating leads.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold at least a 10th-grade education and possess strong verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with a diverse range of clients. A good understanding of basic computer applications is essential for data entry tasks. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
