JOB DESCRIPTION OF TELECALLER
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
3. Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
4. Schedule meetings for the sales/relationship management team.
5. Maintain and update client databases and call records.
6. Follow up with clients for conversions and feedback.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless account onboarding, servicing, and resolution
of client inquiries.
10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and
engagement.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with
data privacy and security regulations.
12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with internal
team and seniors.
13. Continuously enhance professional knowledge through ongoing education, training, and
participation in industry conferences to stay at the forefront of financial trends and products.
