Telecaller
A Telecaller is responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and handle customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase or take action.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle rejection and remain patient.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
