Telecaller A Telecaller is responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and handle customer queries.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.Explain products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase or take action.Generate and follow up on leads.Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.Build and maintain good customer relationships.Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).Basic computer knowledge.Ability to handle rejection and remain patient.Strong convincing and negotiation skills.Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).Skills:Communication and interpersonal skillsActive listeningPersuasion and negotiationTime managementCall HR @ 76964 09268
