Job Description

ï‚§Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes/revenues.

ï‚§To Achieve Targets by Selling Housing loan/LAP products to the Residents/Customers

ï‚§Selling Product to Acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database

with the Right mix of Profile

ï‚§Generating New HL/LAP business

ï‚§Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

ï‚§Should be conversant with Mortgage lending laws and regulations

ï‚§Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations

ï‚§Should have good English communication skills

ï‚§Graduate preferred

ï‚§Should be confident and presentable

ï‚§Should have good convincing and selling skills

ï‚§Experience in an online e-referral model is a definite plus.
