Job Description Tele Callers

SALES

 Making Outbound Calls for generating appointments for business development team

 Cold Calling to potential customers

 Outbound Calling to prospect clients and introducing our variety of services

 Build client relation and brief them about our services

 Promoting our products / services by regular customer follow-up

 Providing technical Assistance to Clients

 Make an offer and close the deal

 Work vigorously to achieve the Closure Target every month

REQUIREMENT

 He / She should be fluent in Telegu and English

 He/ She should be good in written communications

 He/ She should have sound knowledge in Word | Excel and E-Mailing

EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling Setup ,preferably from Software Solutions (SaaS)
