key responsibilities
📲 lead generation: make outbound calls to identify potential clients who can benefit from our software.
💬 client engagement: explain software features in simple terms and build strong customer relationships.
📅 appointment scheduling: set up demo sessions and coordinate with the sales team.
📞 follow-up & conversions: contact leads post-demo, resolve queries, and assist in closing sales.
📂 database management: maintain accurate client records and update crm systems.
📊 reporting & feedback: track calls, client interactions, and sales progress while gathering feedback.
requirements
🎓 education: minimum 12th pass or higher.
💼 experience: at least 1 year in sales, telecalling, or marketing (erp/software sales experience is a plus).
🛠️ skills:
