maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our crm system.
follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales activities, customer service standards, and data security.
participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales and communication skills.
qualifications
previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
proficiency in using crm software and other sales tools.
flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
